Returns & Exchanges
**UPDATE** We are no longer accepting exchanges and returns due to covid-19!
Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your North Flex gear, we’ll make it easy. All unworn, unaltered clothing with original invoice can be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers will have to pay return shipping, which will be $8.00. If you would like to initiate a return, please email email@example.com and we will get back to you and let you know the next necessary steps to return your item(s).

All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed as well. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the process started.
*Returns and exchange policy may change if we have an exclusive item and or drop. Some items are made to order, and are extremely limited. On our items that are made to order if you order the wrong size, you will have to pay again to get your correct size due to our manufacturing process. Please refer to our sizing measurements to ensure you order the right size.
